Meeting Minutes

Monday, August 14, 2006

            The Lorimor Planning and Zoning Commission met Monday, August 14, 2006, at 5:00 P.M. at City Hall.  Members present:  Jill Alexander, Karen Forbes, James Phillips.  Absent:  Julie Reed.  Also present:  Mary Seales, recording secretary, and Jeremy Rounds of Southern Iowa Council of Governments.

Karen Forbes and Wendy Nostsger were appointed to the Lorimor Plan and Zoning Commission by the City Council at the March 6, 2006, meeting.  They will join Pam Aldrich, Jill Alexander, and Jim Phillips to complete the five member commission.  P&Z will continue the work on the updated Comprehensive Plan and will begin drafting a Main Street Beautification Program.
