The struggle continues as Nation after Nation, special interest group after special interest group, continually line up against the Israelis and their attempt to protect themselves. The United Nations is a weak and impotent organization in this struggle for safety and security. They have accomplished absolutely nothing since they replaced the Old "League of Nations" in 1945. Do not depend on the United Nations to do anything except get in the way. And look for more Anti-Semitic alignment from those Nations who, according to the Apostle Paul in Romans Romans 1:25 "changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator."

I can hear your reply in defense of the women and children who are being killed in this war between the Hezbollah Islamic terrorists and the Israeli forces. Yet, Hezbollah has placed the rocket launchers and machine guns in the homes of the very people who are being killed. What is Israel to do? Well, the answer is simple. According to International law, if the enemy places a rocket launcher in a hospital or a school then bombing that facility is allowed. In other word, one must play by the rules of war or else there is no penalty for the killing of innocents. So much for the Israeli Defense Forces being cruel. They have warned the civilian population again and again to get out of the area because the bombs are coming. It may seem like a terrible price to pay but what is the alternative? (All Democratic societies are ultimately responsible for those they trust and support in their own quest for freedom. In this case, those who allow the Hezbollah inside their homes must pay the ultimate price for their decisions. After all, Lebanon is a Democratic society.)

Most of us want peace but at what cost? Remember, in Matthew 10:30 Jesus told those in attendance these words, "Think not that I come to send Peace on the Earth: I came NOT to send Peace but a sword." In Luke 12:30 He went further by saying, "Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, nay; but rather division." Revelation 6:4 goes one step further as the Apostle tells us in the Revelation concerning the End Times. He said, "And there went out another horse that was red; and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another; and there was given unto him a great sword." (Get the picture??)

In a news interview with an Israeli Army Major on Thursday, that Major told the interviewer these words; "The battle for the future of all peoples is taking place right now on this road. The future of all mankind depends on the outcome of what happens on this road in the land of Israel."

Things are going to get much worse before they get better folks. Please understand this. Israel is called the "Little Satan" by these people and the United States is called the "Great Satan." The goal is to destroy both. I find this quite interesting because United States and Israel is the home of most if not all of the tribes of Israel.  (We know Ephraim and Manasseh live in this Nation.)

In ending this discussion the news is alive this week about a new find in Ireland. A man was bulldozing a bog in central Ireland the other day when he noticed something unusual in the freshly turned soil. It turns out he'd unearthed an early medieval treasure, an ancient Book of Psalms that experts date to the years 800 to 1000.  Experts say it will take years to document and preserve this book, but eventually it will go on public display. Now here's the interesting thing about this is the book, which contained about 20 pages of Latin script was found opened to Psalm 83. Now, if you have read Psalm 83, you can see where, in verse 4, the destruction of Israel is planned. God hears complaints that other Nations are plotting to," wipe out the name if Israel." Is God speaking to the world this very day, this very week for that matter, telling us He is not going to stand by and watch His People be destroyed by those who serve the creature more than the Creator? If this is so then pay close attention to what happens. The enemy of God and His Christ will NOT win folks. It may well get ugly but Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Quida, Fanaticism, Terrorism, Humanism, Socialism, those who turn the Truth of God into a Lie" will not win.
