Lorimor City Council Meeting
Special Session
December 8, 2006
7:00 P.M.
 
The Lorimor City Council met in special session, Friday, December 8, 2006, with Mayor Kent Forbes presiding.  Council members present:  Davis, Schmidt, Tucker, and Wright.  Orwan was absent.
Mayor Forbes reported that the City had received an offer on the city building at 406 Main Street.  The offer was less than the listed price of $7500.00.  Davis moved to decline the offer for the property at 406 Main Street.  Second from Schmidt.  Roll call vote – all ayes.  Motion carried.
Wright then moved to take the building at 406 Main Street off of the market.  Second from Davis.  Roll call – all ayes.  Motion carried.
            Davis moved to adjourn.  Second from Schmidt.  Vote – all ayes.  Motion carried.
