These grants are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).</font></p> <p><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;<br /></font></font> </p><p><font face="Times New Roman" size="2">150 Housing Fund applications were submitted in Iowa with 56 awards totaling almost $20 million funded. 104 applications totaling more than $31 million were submitted for the CDBG Water and Sewer Fund, with 38 awards of nearly $10.7 million funded.
