City Information

We put this group in to allow residents to partisipate in City government and to allow their ideas and sugestions to be monitered by every member of this group. We hope that every resident that has a computer in Lorimor or the surrounding area will become a member of this group.

A well run city governments legal fees only go down when retstuctering the way you do business and getting rid of the complaints and legal actions instituted by a crying bunch of citizens. If the shoe fits, put it on.

Looks like the sample poll I put on below indicates we should have zoning. It shows 100% approval for zoning. Only 2 people have voted. Must be the 2 whiners.

It seems that everyone wants zoning back in place. If that is really important, why aren't there any volunteers? It looks like to me that there is just a lot of whiners and complainers in Lorimor. No doer's. If you don't like this conclusion volunteer.

After reading the city council minutes for October 3rd, 2016, I feel we finally have a council that look like they are doing things right! This is a good start.

A big THANK YOU to Maxine Kilpatrick to help our animal control efforts. She has donated a cage to the city to use for the cats that have been picked up. The city always needs its residents to step forward with donations and a willingness to volunteer

Since the City has a City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk, City Worker, and several on call workers there shouldn't be any reason not to find out what dogs are licensed in town and to take the proper action for the ones that aren't.
