Thanks to the director, Jeanna Mckinney, the cast, and crew members for all their dedication and time spent at rehearsals and the stage set-up. What hidden talents these people have! Hats off to the Chef, Troy Chapman, and all the kitchen and dining room help. Sandy Kilkenny solicited a lot of nice door prizes, and thank you to all those who donated and attended.

Lake Shore Golf & Country Club Sun, 08 Apr 2007 09:09:40 -0600 fdorwan 784 at https://www.lorimor.org Lakeshore Golf & Country Club https://www.lorimor.org/lakeshore_golf_country_club
Hilly but great!Message From The President

I can't believe another year has gone by; it was just yesterday Rick Foote and I agreed to his Presidency and mine to follow. Pisgah was home to thousands of Mormons during their trek from Nauvoo, Illinois to Salt Lake City, Utah, and was the first white settlement in Union County. Between 1846 and 1852 more than 2000 people made their homes here while thousands of others simply passed through on their way west. Even those headed west to the gold fields in California stopped at Mt. Pisgah for supplies. Today you can tour a cabin that was built as a reproduction of the type built as shelter by those early Mormons. You can trace wagon tracks across the prairie grass. A monument has been erected at this site in memory of the three hundred people who did not survive that first winter. An interpretive panel is located at Mt. Pisgah. A museum, picnic facilities and rest area are available. Tours can also be scheduled by calling 641-763-2504 or email [email protected].

To get to Mt.
