Possible reasons for zoning

I was trying to think of some reasons why we created and passed the Zoning Regulations in the City of Lorimor. Some of the reasons are listed below;

  • Junk Car and Old Agriculture Equipment in Residential  areas in the City of Lorimor
  • Businesses in Residential areas
  • Residential property in Commercial or Industrial Zoning areas
  • Out of Site-Out of mind regulations for Junk Cars and Old Agriculture Equipment in any zoning area in the City of Lorimor
  • Building Inpector in the City of Lorimor
  • Not blocking natural waterways in the City of Lorimor
  • No open burning in the City of Lorimor without the permission from the City of Lorimor, County, or the State Fire Marshel
  • Etc.

All of the problems above can be stopped with Zoning. All that is needed at this point is a full Zoning Board and a full Board of Adjustments.

This is one of the most important groups the City of Lorimor can have. So lets fill them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
