Shrimp and Crabmeat Salad- (Virginia Cookbook II)

This is the only salad that I could find that had any crabmeat as an ingredient. I hope this work.

Shrimp and Crabmeat Salad :

  • 1 pound fresh crabmeat (backfin)
  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1&1/2 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Mix crabmeat, shrimp, green pepper, onion, and celery well. Stir salt and Worcestershire into mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients together well. Serve on lettuce or as desired. Source: The Smithfield Cookbook
