Reuben Dip-"Virginia Cookbook II"

Out of all of the dips I looked at in this cookbook this one that stood out. It is funny how things stand out with so many good recipes. Comment on this one if you try it.

Reuben Dip:

  • 1/2 pound corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained thoroughly, chopped
  • 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1&1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
