One possition to fill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who is it going to be? It looks like a one race at this point.

I am glad to see that one person is interested in becoming our new mayor. I hope he realizes how much work there is to do in public office. I hope he will remember who put him in office and what his responsibilties  are once there.  We need a leader who will listen to what the majority of voters want and not serve their own self interests. You would think in a small town it would be easy to do. I believe it is harder in a small town than in a larger city. Everyone knows everyone in a small town. This is a lot harder if no one can agree. I hope this newcomer can bring all of the people in Lorimor closer together. I hope he is willing to get out and meet with the people that will elect him and really listen to what they have to say.

I don't believe any elected official can disregard the history of a community or get people to not remember how this city was run in the past. We have had good leaders in the past without having a lot of controvercy. They were true leaders and got the things done and achieved the goals set by the majority of thed citizens that put them into office. Lorimor has a rich history if it is not forgotten.
