    These small but wickedly effective knives measure about 7 1/4-inches long.  They feature a 3-inch hollow ground blade fabricated from 440c high carbon, hardened stainless steel with a satin finish.

    The blade's tang is deeply inserted into the jaw bone and permanently attached with industrial strength epoxy. An oval solid brass guard separates the blade from the handle. The handles have been sterilized, whitened, finely sanded and polished to a glossy finish. The teeth are permanently glued in place.

    I like the blade, but I don't know if the handle is what  I would pick. It is to rough on the bottom side for me. That doesn't mean other people won't like it or it wouldn't be a good seller for you. You have a good variety of knives to pick from. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!
